KABBAH TIGER PLUS CHINESE BUMBUNA = ...?
Let's face it. We are at the lowest point in electricity supply since De Pa came to power in 2007. Darkness has fallen over the homeland. Many people who have access to him will not tell him this but it's a fact. We are very concerned that by the look of things it can only get worse.

POLICE SHOOT TO KILL: HOW MANY MORE TO DIE?

We are compelled once again to make a comment about the performance of the Sierra Leone Police following the shooting dead of another Sierra Leonean at Lumley Beach. All the police have said so far is that the deceased had a pistol with which they allege he was threatening ordinary people. Surely that was a matter for the police, but we demand a lot more by way of explanation right now.

The late man was a member, deputy minister and MP under the SLPP, but on a day like that, such sensitivities didn't matter.

THE PMDC LEADER, THE LAND QUESTION AND ALLEGED SUBVERSION – THE REAL QUESTIONS

The PMDC leader spent the weekend in a police cell at CID headquarters on Slater Terrace in central Freetown. It’s been a real rollercoaster few days for the Dalai Lama and his future as a free man is uncertain as he faces a serious charge of subversion that could land him at the notorious Pademba Road prisons for a long time. A lot has been written and said already.

WAS TOLLA THOMPSON’S PPRC INVITED TO THE APC CONVENTION?

Whilst assembling our TWITTER comments last night, we were unable to find out if the PPRC was invited to the recent APC convention in Freetown. You know since the convention ended we’ve been waiting for the PPRC to make some comments about the event to the people on whose behalf they operate. But Lord Thompson is unusually very quiet about all the unopposed and political massaging that went on at the great convention.
